No returns or Exchanges:

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earring or other jewelry items. All sales are final. Please carefully review your order before completing the purchase to ensure your are happy with your selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at oceana312@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refud for the damaged or incorrect product.

Refunds:

Refunds are only issued if you order is damaged or you receive an incorrect item. Once we received and inspected the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees ar non-refundable adn the customer is resposible for any return shipping costs if applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at oceana312@gmail.com

Poškodovani ali napačni izdelki:

Če prejmete poškodovan ali napačen izdelek nas takoj o tem obvestite na: oceana312@gmail.com. Ko bomo prejeli in pregledali vrnjen izdelek, bo vračilo kupnine nakazano na vaš prvotni način plačila. Prosimo, upoštevajte, da stroški pošiljanja niso povrnjeni, kupec pa nosi stroške vračila izdelka.

Zakasnjena vračila:
